Request a Password Reset

You can change the Password you use to Log In to the Business Portal.

There are three simple steps:

1: Enter registered Email Address and Account Number into the boxes provided.

2: Click on the SUBMIT REQUEST button and a confirmation will be sent to the Email Address.

3: Follow the instructions in the email message to complete the password change.

  • Find your Account Number on your bill. If you have more than one Account, any current Account Number can be used here.
